Baron Point’s Global Markets Group maintains longstanding relationships in the forestry and timber sectors with publicly traded and privately held enterprises, forestry authorities, concession operators, and supply chain stakeholders. These relationships provide access to strategically important harvesting regions and established timber supply networks.

Through these sourcing relationships, Baron Point currently has access to approximately 8,000 container loads of dry timber chants, with an additional approximately 8,000 more containers of timber chants on stand bye, and 16,000 on the log of timber at another location nearby. Collectively, these resources represent an estimated three to five years of high-grade hardwood lumber supply available to international markets, subject to market conditions, harvesting schedules, regulatory approvals, and logistics considerations.

Additionally, there is an undetermined, and continuous supply of old growth timber that our group has access to that is estimated to be approximately 10 to 15 additional years’ worth of supply.

• Over 150,000 cubes available under cover, with consistent and reliable re-supply available (i.e. 3 to 5 years of supply now on hand with scalability for 10 to 15 additional years)

• Drying and milling to finished door, molding, flooring and furniture standards
• FOB Southeast Asia port or CIF shipping to Any Safe World port
